Planning Advice

We offer planning advice, in order for you to obtain the most cost-effective solution, along with the quickest route. On occasion, a pre-application report would be the best initial solution, and we offer this service for extensions and conversions of house and commercial properties. As part of our detailed planning, we can offer advice, design and produce technical drawings for the planning processes, in support of the detailed planning processes and implementation.

Planning Applications  

On your behalf, we can apply for outline-planning or full planning.   Along with this service, we can submit a Lawful Development application and produce all existing and proposed CAD drawings, detailed planning statement, Design and Access statement, Heritage Report (as required) and notification letters.

When applying for full planning, we would examine the site constraints, check the listed buildings register, carry out a feasibility study of the history and context of the site and its surroundings, and undertake a site survey. Existing drawings would be prepared, we would then advice on the proposal with you, in order to create the CAD drawings. Once you have approved the final drawings we can then submit to the relevant planning authority.
