The Welsh government have brought out a new scheme called the Self Build Wales scheme for people looking to build their own homes to gain a loan of up to £400,000 to do so!
This brand new scheme will help those looking to build their own homes to do so, it’s the first scheme of it’s kind in Wales! It is hoped the scheme, which is being managed by the Development Bank of Wales, will increase the supply of housing as well as well as providing a much needed boost to the construction industry.
